My Team and I have been tenants of the Winmar Corporation for approximately 6 years. We made this move to ensure our clients had easier access to the care and resources necessary to improve their lives and the lives of their families. Our current location within the Bakhaus Building has vastly improved our clinical-service numbers (50% increase) due to in short, the new location, parking lot access, building familiarity, and a safe/clean well-kept building. The location is ideal and allows us access to downtown within 2 minutes and or gives our clients easy access to New Circle Rd. which allows them familiar and easy entree from all parts of Lexington and outlying communities respectively. Our clients always enter a parking lot free of trash and hazards, additionally when the snow falls the Winmar Team is quick to have the surface plowed and salt laid to allow for ease of travel and maneuvering within the unpredictable Lexington weather. Moreover, the Winmar management team is the decisive difference when compared to previous locations and the success and or lack of success we trended with. This team anticipates what is needed and executes areas like, maintenance and building improvements without delay or half measures. The measurable differences in this site make it a location we can stay with for years to come and beyond, I would have to rate this location as a Five out of Five star as compared to our previous locations within the Lexington area.

I was a tenant at two other locations prior to moving into the Bakhaus Building in 1989. I have been Winmar Corporation’s tenant in the Bakhaus Building ever since. The Bakhaus Building is the best-managed and most secure location I have experienced. The staff is first-rate and responsive to my slightest needs. Its location is convenient to any highway in Lexington and for access to downtown Lexington. Any business should seriously consider the Bakhaus Building for its lease needs.

To Whom It May Concern: This is to state our satisfaction with our space and the management of Winmar Corporation. We have been leasing with Winmar since 2004. The Council of Churches leased a smaller space in this building many years ago and came back when we were looking for space again in 2004. The building and lots are kept in good repair and management is prompt if any maintenance is needed. Snow removal is excellent. Security is good. We have had no problems. Parking is good. Our constituency is always impressed with the building. We have particularly enjoyed the area and easy access to Frankfort routes. Since we are a statewide organization, it is important for us to have ease of access in and out of the city and this location is easy to find for those coming to us from across the state. Our satisfaction rate has been high with the Bakhaus building and Winmar management.
